  • We know olive oil is good to eat, but many people don’t know how great it is for your skin. Olive oil contains polyphenols, antioxidants, and has the ability to protect the skin from aging.

    The compound oleocanthal in olive oil is said to stop inflammation, which makes this oil great for rosacea, dermatitis, and eczema.

  • I appreciate shea butter’s ability to nourish the skin and leave it soft and protected. The fats are absorbed into the skin in order to lock in moisture. It is also very healing to the skin for inflammatory conditions.
