This is a high school course in nutrition. It is based on the principles of whole food nutrition and covers 36 weeks of classes. This course covers meal planning, cooking and preservation in addition to nutrition basics.

I created this for my family to use during morning time. Designed to use with multiple ages and flexible for each unique family. Your kids will learn the basics of botany while learning about different medicinal plants that are native to North Mississippi. This covers 3 terms or 36 weeks of school.
