The Team
Hi, I’m Meg
I am a registered and licensed dietitian who takes a holistic approach to nutritional therapies. I have been trained as a functional provider and I believe in the power of prevention and whole food diets. I strive to serve my community through individual and group consultations regarding health.
At Cartwright & Cline Nutrition, the aim is to help you get to know your own body by understanding your risk factors, warning signs and triggers to determine what affects your health. I like to recommend the use of herbal medicines, dietary improvements, lifestyle changes, stress management techniques, weight management & Biblical meditation.
My primary focus is on gut health, liver function (which includes hormone balance), immunity & stress reduction. Overwhelming research has shown the gut microbiome to be one of the most influential factors that contributes to our health.
I have served many client with a variety of other health related conditions and look forward to each new challenge.
I believe one of the major problems affecting modern health is over consumption of poor foods which leads to poor nutrition. Nutrients matter, because without them our cells can’t properly use the calories we have consumed. Our cells need nutrition on a daily basis for normal human functions.
Without nutrients we cannot manufacture our most basic cellular processes. I want to teach you to eat high nutrient foods containing a range of antioxidants & nutrients so that your body will be better equipped to adapt to the environment, stress & aging. This cannot happen if you eat low nutrient, high calorie foods.
I believe food and nutrition is critically important for health & healing, but cannot be used in isolation to treat a whole person. I bring in movement, biblical meditation, hydration and the power of nature to help my patients in their care.
Hi, I’m Jonathan
For over a decade, I’ve been deeply passionate about the connection between food, lifestyle, and overall wellness. What began as simple curiosity grew into a true calling as I discovered how enjoyable, creative, and empowering nutritious cooking can be. Through years of experimenting in the kitchen, I’ve learned that healthy food doesn’t have to feel restrictive—it can be flavorful, comforting, and a powerful foundation for feeling your best.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Mississippi, where I built a strong scientific understanding of how food supports the body. I am now expanding that foundation through holistic nutrition training at Bauman College, with a focus on whole-food–based meals and a functional approach to wellbeing. This blend of traditional and holistic nutrition allows me to support clients in a way that is both evidence-based and deeply personalized.
My philosophy is simple: nourishment should feel good—physically, emotionally, and practically. I believe that when people understand their own nutritional needs and feel confident in the kitchen, they unlock a new level of energy, balance, and self-trust.
What’s in a name?
These are the women behind the name. Cartwright & Cline is in memory of my grandmothers who were both amazing christian women.
