Stick of Butter Rice
The original recipe for this, I will not share! I am giving you the one that I have altered and used for my family. Both taste great and I enjoy knowing that this recipe uses bone broth and a variety of mushrooms. Make sure you use organic butter. This isn’t exactly “healthy”, but this isn’t a weekly dish.
1 cup sprouted brown rice
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
10 oz of bone broth
6 tablespoons of butter
chopped mushrooms- I like to through in several types
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray 9x9 backing dish with spray or grease with butter.
Dump all ingredients into the dish. Love how easy this is.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Remove the foil. Stir the rice and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
