Stick of Butter Rice

The original recipe for this, I will not share! I am giving you the one that I have altered and used for my family. Both taste great and I enjoy knowing that this recipe uses bone broth and a variety of mushrooms. Make sure you use organic butter. This isn’t exactly “healthy”, but this isn’t a weekly dish.

1 cup sprouted brown rice

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

10 oz of bone broth

6 tablespoons of butter

chopped mushrooms- I like to through in several types

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • Spray 9x9 backing dish with spray or grease with butter.

  • Dump all ingredients into the dish. Love how easy this is.

  • Cover with aluminum foil.

  • Bake 30-35 minutes.

  • Remove the foil. Stir the rice and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.

  • Don’t eat too much, I dare you!
